Are you a highly organized and experienced paralegal ready for a challenging new role? Our client, a large and highly reputable law firm in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a Senior Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal with at least seven years of experience.

This is a 100% on-site position—no negotiation—and we are looking for a true professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing complex cases from intake through trial.

About the Role

The ideal candidate is hyper-organized, detail-oriented, and an expert in handling the complexities of multi-county legal filings. You will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload, ensuring all documents are filed accurately and on time, and providing comprehensive support to our team of attorneys.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, preparing, and managing legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and subpoenas.
  • Electronic filing in various county courts, with a deep understanding of the unique requirements for each jurisdiction.
  • Maintaining and organizing physical and electronic case files with an obsessive level of detail.
  • Calendaring and tracking all deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally and effectively.
  • Supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a paralegal in plaintiff personal injury law.
  • Demonstrated expertise in multi-county e-filing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with legal software and case management systems.
