A respected law firm in Lebanon, TN is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. This is an on-site position with immediate hire available due to a high caseload of 70+ active cases. Role & Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury litigation matters from start to finish
• Draft and argue motions in court
• Take and defend depositions
• Meet directly with clients and manage case strategy
• Collaborate with a skilled team to ensure successful case outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of personal injury litigation experience
• Strong litigation skills including motion practice and depositions
• Workers’ compensation experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage high caseload independently
• Must be eager to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Bonus Structure:
• Example: On a $70,000 base salary, once collections reach $140,000 (2x base), attorney receives 10% of all amounts collected above $140,000
• Contingency-based work environment (no billable hours requirement)
