Job Snapshot

Job Description

Are you looking for a long-term career, not just another job? We’re offering a rare opportunity to train on world-class bag converting machinery — equipment that very few people in the U.S. are trained to run. If you’re dedicated, hardworking, and eager to learn, we’ll provide hands-on training that sets you up for a career with stability, growth, and “job-for-life” skills.

This is a trainee role — once training is complete (typically 12–18 months), you’ll be eligible for a promotion in title, pay, and responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Train directly on high-performance equipment (Totani, B&B, Hudson Sharp)

  • Learn to set up, run, and maintain bag converting machinery

  • Understand how to adjust seal bars, dies, blades, and guides for precision production

  • Perform quality checks and learn troubleshooting to minimize downtime

  • Support team operations and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior manufacturing machine operator experience

  • Good tenure is required

  • Prior manufacturing or mechanical experience preferred (but not required)

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform moderate climbing

  • Team-oriented with good communication skills

What You’ll Gain

  • Paid, structured training on specialized machinery

  • Promotion potential after training (title, compensation, responsibilities)

  • Career stability — few people have these skills, making you highly in demand

  • Full benefits: health, dental, vision, life insurance, short- & long-term disability

  • 401(k) with company match

  • 9 paid holidays + 2 weeks PTO

  • Incentivized cross-training opportunities
