Maintenance Technician:

What You’ll Do

  • Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs across multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties.

  • Respond to tenant work orders with professionalism and urgency.

  • Handle a variety of tasks such as painting, light plumbing/electrical, carpentry, and general upkeep.

  • Inspect systems, equipment, and units to identify and solve issues.

  • Participate in a rotational on-call schedule (about once every 7 weeks).

  • Jump in where needed—team players thrive here.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous maintenance experience preferred—but we’ll train the right person with a great attitude.

  • Comfortable using a smartphone for property management apps and time reporting.

  • Ability to follow instructions, solve problems, and communicate effectively with tenants and team members.

  • Professional and customer-service oriented—our residents welcome you into their homes.
