A leading Heavy Civil General Contractor specializing in Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) construction is hiring Superintendents to join their growing East Coast team.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
Oversee field operations on large-scale WWTP projects ($100M–$400M+)
Manage crews, subcontractors, and site logistics to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance
Work closely with Project Managers to drive successful delivery from start to finish
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing WWTP construction projects (General Contractor background required)
Strong leadership, scheduling, and field coordination skills
Ability to travel regionally (home weekends in most cases)
💰 Compensation: $100K–$140K+ depending on experience
