We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager/Estimator for a well-established concrete contractor in the Puget Sound Region. With years of success in concrete restoration, repair, rehabilitation, protection, waterproofing, coatings, and decorative enhancements, this company is expanding and looking for top talent to join its team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in both estimating and project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

 

  • Reputable contractor with a strong reputation for quality work and team culture.
  • Full-time, on-site role with occasional travel for projects (primarily Puget Sound, some regional).
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing drawings, specs, and site conditions for takeoffs and pricing.
  • Preparing clear and accurate proposals with inclusions, exclusions, and alternates.
  • Leading project handoff meetings, budgets, and schedules.
  • Managing procurement, submittals, vendor coordination, and manpower planning.
  • Monitoring project budgets, forecasts, cost codes, and change orders.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for clients, GCs, vendors, and field crews.
  • Ensuring compliance with QA/QC standards, safety regulations, and project close-out.

Qualifications:

 

 

  • 4–8+ years of project management and/or estimating experience in construction.
  • Specialty contracting experience preferred (concrete restoration, coatings, or flooring).
  • Strong understanding of construction math, sequencing, and logistics.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Bluebeam, Stack, Procore, MS Project, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and client relations skills.
