We’re working with a reputable agricultural company seeking an Agronomy Sales Representative to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in agronomy and enjoys building long-term relationships with growers while providing trusted agronomic and product recommendations.

About the Role:
The Agronomy Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, supporting growers with crop input solutions, and promoting the company’s agronomy products and services. The role combines agronomic knowledge with sales skills to deliver value to customers and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with growers to provide agronomic recommendations and product support

  • Promote and sell crop protection, seed, and fertilizer products

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers

  • Collaborate with internal agronomy and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Stay current on agronomic trends, technologies, and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Ag Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • 1–2+ years of experience in agronomy sales, crop advising, or agribusiness support

  • Strong understanding of crop production, soil fertility, and product application

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated and customer-focused

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $60,000 – $85,000, based on experience
