Trust, Estate & Wealth Preservation Associate Attorney – Naples, FL

A well-established regional law firm is seeking a skilled mid- to senior-level Associate Attorney to join our dynamic Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation group in Naples, Florida.

This is an exciting, 100% in-office opportunity to advise high-net-worth clients on sophisticated estate planning, wealth preservation, and tax strategies. The successful attorney will be integral to our team.

Responsibilities

The attorney will handle key duties including:

• Drafting a wide variety of trust and estate planning documents (wills, trusts, and related instruments).
• Providing strategic legal counsel on wealth preservation and trust structures.
• Advising on wealth transfer tax strategies and implementing business succession/asset protection plans.
• Guiding fiduciaries through the administration of estates and trusts.
• Preparing and reviewing federal estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns.

Qualifications

We are looking for an attorney with:

• 5+ years of Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation experience.
• Demonstrated skill in drafting estate planning and trust instruments.
• Strong understanding of tax planning and wealth transfer strategies.
• Florida Bar admission and in good standing.
