  • 5+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters
  • Strong background drafting wills, trusts, and complex estate planning documents
  • Comfortable advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners
  • Member of the Florida Bar in good standing

What You’ll Do

  • Handle a full range of estate planning and trust administration work from intake through resolution
  • Partner with attorneys in related areas such as tax, corporate, and real estate to deliver comprehensive client solutions
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic initiatives and practice growth
  • The firm is open to partnership discussions as well as exploring strategic mergers or acquisitions with established practitioners or small firms
