• 5+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters
• Strong drafting experience with wills, trusts, and advanced estate planning strategies
• Confident in client-facing work — advising high-net-worth individuals and families
• Florida Bar member in good standing

What You’ll Do

• Manage a steady flow of estate planning and trust administration matters from intake to completion
• Collaborate with colleagues in tax, real estate, and corporate law to deliver holistic client solutions
• Work closely with the firm’s leadership team on growth initiatives, including potential partnership opportunities
• For experienced practitioners or small firm owners, the firm is also open to discussing strategic mergers or acquisitions
