Position Overview:
• Represent clients in all phases of commercial and business litigation, including:
– Pre-litigation counseling
– Appeals and post-trial proceedings
• Provide strategic advice to clients in business disputes across a range of industries.
• Manage cases independently while collaborating with partners and team members.
• Deliver high-quality legal representation with professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
4–6 years of experience in commercial or business litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Must have at least one federal court admission.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
