We’re looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead a talented team and keep our production floor running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring schedules, quality standards, and deadlines are met

  • Lead, train, and motivate your team to perform at their best while maintaining a positive, safety-focused culture

  • Manage inventory and materials to keep workflows running seamlessly

  • Supervise the operation and light maintenance of UV, digital, and flexographic press equipment

  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and scheduling teams to align operations with company goals

  • Promote workplace safety and compliance with all regulations and best practices

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in manufacturing or packaging, ideally with press or printing equipment

  • Strong leadership and communication skills — you know how to get the best out of your team

  • Solid mechanical understanding and comfort with machine operation and troubleshooting (maintenance experience is a huge plus!)

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and production tracking tools

  • Lean or Six Sigma knowledge a plus

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred
