Position Overview: The firm is seeking Associate Attorneys with 1–10 years of civil litigation experience to join its Irvine or San Diego offices. Candidates with a personal injury defense background are preferred, though those with strong general civil litigation or plaintiff-side experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload within the firm’s civil litigation defense practice.

  • Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and draft motions.

  • Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings.

  • Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex cases.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

  • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.

  • 1–10 years of experience in civil litigation (personal injury preferred).

  • Strong writing, research, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.

Work Environment:

  • Junior Attorneys (1–3 years): Onsite

  • Mid-Level Attorneys: Hybrid

  • Senior Attorneys: Remote

Billable Expectation:

  • Minimum of 160 hours per month (most attorneys bill between 160–180 hours).
