What You'll Do:

✔ Lead & Develop: Directly manage Lead Technicians and Installers, providing coaching and performance management to elevate their success.✔ Drive Excellence: Oversee service and installation operations, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to company standards, and optimal workflow.✔ Optimize Performance: Monitor KPIs, manage job costs, streamline processes, and implement best practices for efficiency and profitability.✔ Enhance Customer Experience: Uphold our reputation for top-tier service by ensuring timely, professional, and high-quality installations and repairs.✔ Team Growth & Culture: Recruit, train, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.✔ Ensure Compliance & Safety: Enforce adherence to all industry regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven Leadership: 3+ years of experience in HVAC service and installation management, with a history of leading high-performing teams.

✅ Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and installation best practices.

✅ Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyze data, identify operational gaps, and drive improvements.

✅ Exceptional Communicator: Strong ability to mentor, coach, and inspire technicians and installers.

✅ Process-Oriented & Driven: Skilled in optimizing workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and ensuring compliance.

✅ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft 365, Office.com, Housecall Pro, Fleetio, SharePoint, and other HVAC-related software.
