Job Description

We are working with a leading agronomy and seed company seeking an experienced sales professional to cover a key regional territory. This individual will be responsible for building strong grower relationships, driving seed sales, and providing trusted agronomic insight to maximize customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow seed sales within the assigned regional territory.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with growers, dealers, and agricultural partners.

  • Provide agronomic support, product recommendations, and technical expertise to customers.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share through prospecting and networking.

  • Coordinate with internal teams on product availability, pricing, and marketing strategies.

  • Deliver presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and represent the company at field days and grower meetings.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in seed sales, agronomy, or agricultural input sales.

  • Strong knowledge of regional crops, farming practices, and agronomic principles.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a territory-based role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Ag Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory.
