Position: Associate General Dentist
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Salary Range: $200,000 – $350,000 annually
A well-established, family-oriented dental practice in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a highly motivated, clinically skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join the team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, confident in their chairside manner, and eager to contribute to a thriving, supportive practice environment.

Practice Highlights:
Serving the Harrisburg community for over 30 years
3 doctors, 8 hygienists, 14 operatories
80% PPO / 20% FFS
Fully digital and equipped with modern technology: iTero, CBCT, Jazz digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, etc.
Clinical offerings include Invisalign and implants
Average 20–30 new patients per month
Annual revenue: $4.2M
Flexible scheduling: Part-time or full-time options

Candidate Qualifications:
Proficient in general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry
Ability to diagnose, treatment plan, and perform comprehensive care
Completion of GPR or AEGD preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
