gpac (The #1 Recruiting Firm in the Nation) is partnering with a prestigious law firm to identify a skilled Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation Associate Attorney for its Naples, FL office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a nationally respected team handling sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, and high-net-worth strategies.

About the Role
This role involves direct interaction with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, designing complex estate plans and advising on asset protection, tax strategies, and trust administration. You’ll work alongside seasoned partners and have the opportunity to make a long-term impact in a growing practice group.

What You’ll Do

  • Draft estate planning documents including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related structures
  • Advise clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer and asset protection strategies
  • Design business succession plans and handle trust and estate administration
  • Prepare and review estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns
  • Conduct legal research and support estate-related litigation
  • Serve as a key legal advisor for high-value planning initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in trusts, estates, and wealth preservation law
  • Proven ability to draft sophisticated estate planning instruments
  • In-depth knowledge of federal estate and gift tax laws
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client relationship skills and sound legal judgment
  • Admission to the Florida Bar required

Additional Details

  • Full-time, in-office role – 5 days/week
  • Salary range: $160,000 – $180,000, based on experience
