Structural Steel Estimator

(Structural Steel Fabrication)

A successful Steel Fabricator that is located in Parker County is ready to add a Steel Estimator to their team. The right candidate would have experience in structural steel fabrication and/or erection. Our client company fabricates structural steel for multiple projects in commercial construction.

Qualifications for Structural Steel Estimator:

• 5+ years of experience in the structural steel industry
• Ground up Steel Construction Project Experience
• Knowledge of current AISC structural codes and standards
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities for Structural Steel Estimator:

• Coordinate and communicate with team members
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Successfully bid, estimate and be awarded projects
• Monitor and review changes in project scope
• Ensure all materials, labor and equipment costs are accurately included in estimates
• Assist in developing and implementing cost-effective strategies

Compensation/Benefits for Structural Steel Estimator:

• $65,000 - $80,000 base salary
