Assistant Project Manager – Bridge & Road Repair

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support bridge restoration and roadway repair projects. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience and grow within a stable, growing civil construction company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing bridge and roadway repair projects from start to finish
• Support project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Track project progress and help ensure timelines are met
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Maintain project records and support day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in construction, ideally in civil/heavy highway work
• Exposure to bridge repair, roadway work, or related infrastructure projects preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency with basic construction software and Microsoft Office
