Project Manager – Bridge Construction & Repair

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale bridge construction and repair projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in heavy civil infrastructure who can manage complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bridge construction and repair projects from start to finish
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams
• Maintain communication with owners, DOTs, engineers, and stakeholders
• Track costs, manage change orders, and ensure profitability
• Review contracts, plans, and specifications
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Qualifications:

• Experience in bridge construction and/or bridge repair required
• Proven success managing large, complex infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of heavy civil construction methods and sequencing
• Experience working with DOTs and public infrastructure projects preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
