Looking to hire a Senior Mechicanial Project Manager. This role offers true leadership + autonomy-not just running projects but helping drive operations and decision making.
Position Responsibilities:
-Lead HVAC Projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients. engineers, subs and internal teams
- Develop Estimates, proposals, and project budgets
-Manager schedules, manpower, and material procurement
- Oversee project progerss, financials, and performance
-Condust site vistis and ensure safety + quality compliance
-Provide updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders
Position Essential Job Functions:
- Degree in Construction Management
- Background in estimating or operations management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and Piping Systems
- Familiarity with construction management software packages
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Position Skills:
- Proven experience in Mechanical industry
- Strong computer skills
- Personal commitment to long-term goals
- Research-oriented problem solver
- Confident in knowledge and learning abilities
