Job Description

A top restoration company in Bryn Mawr is looking for an Estimator with Mitigation experience. 

The ideal candidate will have estimating and a mitigation background. Must have experience writing Xactimate estimates.  

This position will focus on writing and managing mitigation estimates across fire, water, mold, and biohazard losses. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Xactimate, understand proper scoping and documentation, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Solid restoration knowledge
• Experience writing estimates using Xactimate software
• TPA program experience, (Contractor Connection, Sedgwick, Alacrity, etc.) 
• Familiarity with carrier expectations, compliance requirements and estimate auditing 
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional customer communication and service skills
