Project Manager – Commercial Reconstruction Restoration
We are partnering with a well-established multi-location restoration company that is looking to add an experienced Commerical Reconstruction Project Manager to their team. This individual will play a key role in leading commercial restoration projects from start to finish—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Core Responsibilities
• Manage commercial reconstruction projects from initial handoff through completion.
• Oversee water, fire, mold, and catastrophic commercial rebuild projects.
• Interpret mitigation scopes and convert them into executable reconstruction plans.
• Review and validate insurance-based estimates (Xactimate preferred).
• Develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors and procurement.
• Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for commercial clients and insurance stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, IICRC, and NJ building codes.
• Track job costs, margins, and billing approvals.
• Utilize DASH (NetGear Solutions) for job tracking and documentation.
