Estimator – Restoration

We are partnering with a well-established and growing restoration company that is looking to add an experienced Estimator to their team. This individual will play a key role in estimating large residential restoration projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Xactimate (required)
• Solid understanding of residential construction, restoration (water/fire damage) 
• Knowledge of insurance claims processes
• High energy, self-motivated “go-getter” attitude with strong initiative
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities (both written and verbal)
• Experience working with insurance adjusters and negotiating estimates is a big plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
