Legal Assistant – Probate, Estate & Guardianship

Location Tulsa OK

Overview: We are an established law firm seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in probate, estate, and guardianship matters. If you’re a proactive Legal Assistant and a team player who thrives in a professional legal environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys handling probate, estate, and guardianship cases

  • Prepare and file legal documents such as petitions, notices, and accountings

  • Coordinate court filings and maintain accurate case records

  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule hearings, and handle client communications

  • Support with document organization and case management throughout the probate, estate, and guardianship process

  • Assist with opening and closing files and maintaining case databases

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a legal assistant in probate, estate, and guardianship

  • Litigation support experience is a plus, but not required

  • Familiarity with court procedures and filing requirements in probate, estate, and guardianship matters

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
