A growing and relationship-focused public accounting and advisory firm in Tennessee is seeking a Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee client accounting and outsourced accounting engagements
  • Review financial statements, reconciliations, month-end close processes, and general ledger activity
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide ongoing advisory support
  • Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and operational accounting needs
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement best practices
  • Collaborate with tax and advisory teams to provide a high level of client service

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Prior public accounting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in Client Accounting Services (CAS), outsourced accounting, or related accounting leadership role
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting operations
  • Experience managing client relationships and leading teams
  • Proficiency with accounting software platforms and Microsoft Excel
  • CPA preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
