Salary Range: $70,000 – $95,000 annually (DOE) Location: San Jose, CA | Full-time

About the Role As a Funeral Director, you’ll coordinate and direct services, support grieving families, and manage funeral arrangements from start to finish. You’ll work in a collaborative, caring environment that embraces tradition while using modern facilities and systems to deliver outstanding care.

Day-in-the-Life

  • Meet with families to plan and personalize services

  • Coordinate logistics, documentation, and service details

  • Work closely with staff to ensure smooth, meaningful ceremonies

  • Provide compassionate support throughout the process
