Position Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our growing San Francisco practice. This hybrid role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and exposure to a diverse commercial litigation and transactional practice.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as an associate attorney in commercial or civil litigation
Ability to manage cases with increasing independence
Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
Experience working directly with clients and opposing counsel

Real estate/construction disputes
Professional liability matters
Premises liability
Employment-related litigation and counseling
Transactional work supporting real estate and construction clients
Responsibilities
Manage and support a range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Assist with and handle various aspects of litigation and dispute resolution
Draft and review litigation and transactional documents related to real estate and construction matters
Participate in court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and other proceedings as appropriate
Work collaboratively with partners and team members while taking increasing ownership of assigned matters
