Job Title: Senior Employment Litigation Attorney – PAGA Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Employment Litigation Attorney with a strong focus on Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters. This is a remote position for candidates based in California, offering flexibility while working on high-impact employment litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling wage and hour disputes, including PAGA representative actions, and be comfortable managing cases independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a caseload of PAGA and wage & hour litigation matters

  • Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery

  • Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and court proceedings (remote and in-person as needed)

  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on California Labor Code compliance

  • Collaborate with a remote legal team, including associates and support staff

  • Stay current with evolving labor laws and PAGA developments

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership

  • Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on PAGA

  • Deep understanding of California wage & hour laws and class/representative action practice

  • Excellent legal writing, research, and advocacy skills

  • Based in California with the ability to attend in-person proceedings as needed

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management

Compensation: $225,000–$300,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Bonus potential and full benefits package included.

Work Environment: Remote (California-based) with supportive infrastructure and tech tools
