A growing and well-respected architectural signage company is expanding and looking to hire a dynamic Account Manager to join their team. With a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship, they specialize in creating custom signage solutions for a variety of clients—from corporate to architectural and everything in between.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in signage or graphics, who thrives on building client relationships, managing details, and working across departments to ensure seamless project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the go-to contact for clients, fostering strong, long-term partnerships through excellent service and communication.

  • Sales & Business Development: Grow accounts and identify new opportunities within existing and potential clients.

  • Project Oversight: Collaborate with internal teams to move signage projects from initial idea to final installation—on time and on budget.

  • Proposals & Quotes: Create accurate estimates, proposals, and presentations tailored to each client’s needs.

  • Issue Resolution: Handle concerns professionally and quickly, always working toward a positive outcome.

  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with materials, processes, and design trends to better serve and educate your clients.

  • CRM Management: Keep detailed records of communication, sales activity, and project status within company systems.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, project coordination, or customer service within the signage, graphics, or printing industry

  • Professional and personable—able to connect easily with clients and internal teams

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and iPad tools; experience with CRM/project tracking software is a plus

  • Familiarity with signage materials, production processes, and installations is highly preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a results-driven attitude

  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
