Field Service Technician

Industrial Equipment | U.S. & Canada Travel | $90K–$120K

We’re seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to install, commission, and troubleshoot large-scale industrial coil processing and automated material handling systems across North America.

This is a high-impact, high-earning role for technicians who enjoy travel, overtime, and solving complex mechanical and PLC challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Install and service heavy industrial equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and PLC systems (Allen-Bradley experience preferred)

• Read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics

• Train operators and support plant maintenance teams

• Travel throughout the U.S. (≈80%), Canada (≈15%+), and occasionally Mexico

• Work in the local shop when not traveling

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years working with large industrial or manufacturing equipment

• Strong mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills

• PLC diagnostic experience

• Comfortable with frequent North American travel and consistent overtime

• Must be local to the facility and available to work in the shop between trips

• Professional, customer-facing communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000–$120,000 annual earning potential
