As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for a skilled and motivated Tax Manager to lead engagements, support staff development, and contribute to the firm’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of high-performing staff accountants
Deliver tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse client base
Oversee complex tax and audit engagements across a variety of industries
Manage all aspects of client service for assigned accounts, including billing and collections
Build and maintain relationships within the business and local community
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to support professional growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
CPA
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting (tax-focused)
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
Proficient in leveraging firm technology to enhance client service
Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
Demonstrated professionalism and integrity
