Salary Range: $150,000 – $200,000+ (DOE)

Bar Requirement: Texas Bar (active and in good standing)
About the Opportunity:
A leading law firm in downtown Houston is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation and Mass Torts Attorney with 3–8 years of experience to join its dynamic litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator to handle complex, high-stakes commercial disputes for a diverse client base in a collaborative and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of commercial litigation matters, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and mediations.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and analysis on complex commercial issues.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
Participate in business development and client relationship initiatives.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active member of the Texas Bar.
3–8 years of commercial litigation experience, including significant responsibility for case management, discovery, and court appearances.
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Experience with complex business disputes, contract litigation, and related commercial matters.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
