What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Preparing detailed and competitive estimates for multifamily construction projects
🔹 Reviewing drawings, specifications, and scope documents to develop accurate bids
🔹 Coordinating with project management and preconstruction teams to ensure scope alignment
🔹 Evaluating subcontractor proposals and maintaining strong trade relationships
🔹 Contributing to project strategy, budgeting, and preconstruction planning
What You Bring:
✔ 5+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor
✔ Multifamily or commercial construction experience preferred
✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
✔ Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
