Senior Superintendent – Commercial Construction

One of Colorado’s top commercial contractors is looking for a Senior Superintendent to run large-scale ground-up and renovation projects across education, healthcare, municipal, multifamily, and more.
This team doesn’t just build buildings—they build careers, relationships, and communities.
Take the lead on-site, managing day-to-day operations from precon to closeout
Create and manage schedules, direct field staff and subs, and ensure top-notch quality and safety
Serve as the face of the project in the field—problem solver, communicator, and leader
Collaborate closely with project managers, owners, and design teams
Mentor junior superintendents and field engineers while maintaining a strong jobsite culture
10+ years in commercial construction, with proven leadership on large jobs ($20M–$100M+)
Deep knowledge of ground-up construction, concrete, steel, and interior finishes
A natural leader who earns respect through action, not ego
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with Procore, MS Project, and other modern tools a plus
OSHA 30 required; CHC, LEED, or PMP a bonus
