Associate Associate – Dallas, TX
A leading national plaintiffs’ law firm is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to join its pharmaceutical team in Dallas, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site role for an attorney with 2–4 years of experience in plaintiff-side litigation. The firm is known for its precedent-setting cases and longstanding reputation in complex civil litigation. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dedicated and compassionate legal team making a difference nationwide.
Practice Focus:
Plaintiff-side litigation in pharmaceutical and medical product matters
High-impact, multi-party litigation and complex claims
Nationwide casework and collaboration across teams
What They’re Looking For:
2–4 years of relevant litigation experience, ideally on the plaintiff side
Strong legal research, writing, and case strategy skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar (or eligible for admission)
