Branch Manager —|On-site
The role Lead a high-performing retail branch to deliver exceptional service and profitable growth. You’ll coach a team, drive new-to-bank relationships, and ensure flawless operations and compliance.
What you’ll do
Own branch P&L drivers: deposit/loan growth, fee income, customer experience (NPS) and risk.
Build and execute a local business development plan; partner with small-business and mortgage teams.
Coach, hire, and develop a team of [#] (bankers/tellers); set goals and run daily huddles.
Oversee operational controls, audits, and cash management; maintain policy and regulatory compliance (BSA/AML, Reg CC/E/Z, UDAAP).
Represent the bank in the community; attend events and centers of influence.
What you’ll bring
5–7+ years in retail/branch banking with 2+ years leading teams (or equivalent high-performance track).
Proven track record of new-to-bank growth (e.g., +10–15% annual deposit growth, small-biz wins).
Strong credit acumen for consumer/small-business needs; NMLS preferred/required if originating.
Working knowledge of branch operations, audits, and risk.
