A respected plaintiff-side litigation firm is expanding and seeking a Litigation Associate ready to focus on what matters most: delivering strong results for clients. This fully remote, Texas-based role offers the chance to deepen your litigation skills in a supportive, high-performing environment without the usual administrative burden.

You'll work alongside a nationally recognized trial attorney ranked in the top 1% in the U.S., gaining exposure to high-value cases while continuing to grow as a litigator. The firm is built to invest in your development and long-term success.

A dedicated team paralegal, a case manager, and legal staff handles drafting, discovery, and day-to-day client communication, freeing you to focus where you have the greatest impact: case strategy, depositions, court appearances, and the best possible outcomes.

What they're looking for:

• Licensed in Texas
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Personal injury litigation experience, or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation
• A competitive, results-driven mindset

The role:

• Litigate high-value cases
• Own case strategy and execution
• Take and defend depositions; appear in court and at mediations
• Lead and oversee support staff

Compensation & structure:

• $150K–$250K base, plus a percentage of attorney fees
• Performance bonuses
• No billable hours
• No case origination required
