Background:

  • 1-3 years of transactional experience, preferably in real estate, corporate or tax credit finance
  • Assist in the structuring, negotiation, and closing of NMTC transactions
  • Experience with NMTC, LIHTC, HTC or other community development incentives is a plus
  • Draft and review transaction documents, including tax credit equity documents, loan documents, and organizational documents such as operating agreements, bylaws and resolutions
  • Coordinate due diligence, signature pages and post-closing compliance
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills
