Key Responsibilities

  • Manage insurance defense cases from inception to resolution

  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials

  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel

  • Work collaboratively with clients, partners, and legal teams to build strong cases

What You Bring

  • Active Texas law license

  • 3+ years of experience litigating premises liability, construction defects, or personal injury cases

  • Strong analytical, communication, and trial advocacy skills

  • Ability to handle complex litigation independently
