CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH – GENERAL MANAGER (CUSTOM MILLWORK / LUXURY RESIDENTIAL)

We are conducting a highly confidential search for a General Manager to lead a well-established custom millwork/cabinetry/carpentry company in the Southeast.

This organization focuses on high-end residential projects, delivering custom cabinetry and millwork for premier builders and luxury homes. They have built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, quality, and reliability, and are positioned for continued growth.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for operations, team performance, and overall execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving efficient systems and processes
  • Overseeing production, installation, and project flow
  • Leading shop, field, and office teams

  • Managing client relationships with builders and homeowners
