What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and CRM tools.
• Engage potential clients, present tailored solutions, and close deals.
• Manage the entire sales process—from initial contact to long-term client retention.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Insurance Carriers to deliver top-tier service.
• Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid work schedule (remote + onsite).

What You Need to Succeed:

• 1+ year of proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
• Confidence in cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition.
• A passion for the insurance industry and a drive to make an impact.
