Base Salary: Starting at $215,000 (DOE)

About the Opportunity:
A respected San Diego law firm is actively seeking a seasoned Employment Litigation Partner to join its growing practice. This is a key leadership role for someone with significant experience defending employers in employment-related disputes and a desire to contribute strategically to firm growth and client development.

Key Details:

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office)

  • Billable Guideline: 1,850 hours annually

  • Base Salary: Starting at $215,000, with additional bonus potential
