We’re representing a well-established financial institution looking to hire a Wealth Advisor to join its growing wealth management team. This client-facing role focuses on delivering personalized financial guidance to high-net-worth individuals, professionals, and business owners.
The right candidate is an experienced advisor who thrives in a relationship-driven, consultative environment and enjoys helping clients reach long-term financial goals.
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients
Deliver tailored financial plans (retirement, estate, tax, investment, insurance)
Coordinate with internal specialists and external advisors to implement solutions
Expand existing relationships and source new business opportunities
Present financial strategies with clarity and professionalism
Stay current with financial trends, regulations, and market shifts
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
5+ years of experience in wealth management or financial planning
Proven experience advising high-net-worth individuals
Strong knowledge of tax, estate, and retirement planning
Confident communicator with strong client presentation skills
Proficiency in Salesforce, eMoney, Excel, and related tools
Willingness to travel within the local market
Competitive base salary: $90,000 – $160,000
