About the Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished Tax Manager to lead tax strategy and compliance for individuals, businesses, estates, and trusts. You’ll deliver personalized, consultative service across a spectrum of offerings—including tax planning, IRS representation, business consulting, forensic accounting, payroll, and CFO support—within a community-centered, full-service financial environment F
Key Responsibilities
Oversee tax planning and preparation across individual, business, trust, and estate client categories
Represent clients in IRS matters and provide tax relief services (e.g., audit representation, offer-in-compromise, lien resolution)
Serve as a trusted advisor in areas like forensic accounting, succession planning, non-profit tax, and QuickBooks strategy
Mentor and train junior team members while ensuring technical quality and client satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional service lines for integrated advisory delivery
Qualifications
CPA preferred, with significant experience in tax planning, IRS representation, and multi-faceted financial services
Strong people management and client advisory capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at explaining complex tax matters in plain language
