I’m partnered with a well-known firm that is looking to add a Transactional real estate attorney their team.

Background Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in real estate transactions - (junior candidates will be considered)
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• The role involves drafting and negotiating complex real estate transactions for a national practice serving developers, lenders, and investors.
• Admitted in California and in good standing
