Job Description

A highly established local Mechanical Company is looking to fill a HVAC Controls Project Manager position. Excellent benefits, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional development.

This position works as a part of a team with other specialists at client or project job sites to ensure proper installation of controls systems. Experience working with building automation systems and energy management systems. Understanding of mechanical systems: what they do and how they operate. Understanding of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HVAC Controls Experience
• Must have strong skillset of commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
• Must be able to read blue prints and wiring diagrams
  
• Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modifications and design
  
• Continually enforces safety to the highest standards
• Great communication skills with both clients, coworkers, and project managers
• Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must
• Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work
• Must have a stable background/work history to be considered for this position
