Corporate Safety Director – Steel Erection / Industrial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Safety Director to lead and oversee company-wide safety programs within a growing steel erection and industrial construction organization. This role will drive safety initiatives, ensure compliance, and promote a strong safety culture across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide safety policies and procedures
• Oversee safety compliance across structural steel erection, ductwork/boilermaker scopes, rigging, and millwright work
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Lead safety training and support field teams and leadership
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable regulations
• Drive continuous improvement in safety performance and culture

Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of safety leadership experience in steel erection and/or industrial construction
• Strong knowledge of rigging, structural steel, millwright, and boilermaker operations
• CSP (Certified Safety Professional) certification required
• Proven ability to implement and manage company-wide safety programs

Position Details:

• In-office role with minimal travel (approximately once every 2 months)
