A highly respected heavy civil contractor based in Northeast Ohio has just secured a major Waste Water Treatment Plant project in Cleveland, and they are looking to add an experienced Superintendent and Foreman to lead critical field operations. This company has been a cornerstone in the heavy civil industry for 60+ years, known for stability, integrity, and long-standing relationships with public and private clients across Ohio.
They are growing rapidly and need strong field leaders who can hit the ground running and help deliver this high-profile project (and many more projects in the future!) safely, efficiently, and with the workmanship they’re known for.
As a Superintendent or Foreman, you will play a key role in managing daily field operations on a complex WWTP project, including:
Overseeing crews, subcontractors, and day-to-day site activities
Ensuring safety compliance and maintaining a clean, organized site
Coordinating equipment, materials, inspections, and workflow
Driving schedule, quality, and efficient field execution
Working closely with project managers and field engineers
Leading by example to maintain a productive, positive jobsite environment
This project demands someone who thrives in heavy civil environments — water/wastewater, utilities, concrete, sitework, structural, or similar experience is ideal.
Experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in heavy civil, WWTP, utility, or infrastructure
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage crews, schedules, and daily jobsite operations
A proactive, field-first mindset — someone who takes ownership
