Senior Proposal Coordinator – AEC Industry
A leading Colorado-based construction firm is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to join their marketing and business development team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong AEC proposal experience who is ready to take ownership of the proposal process and support a sophisticated, well-respected builder with major projects across the region.
Role Overview:
The Senior Proposal Coordinator will manage the full proposal lifecycle—RFQs, RFPs, shortlist presentations, and interview materials. This person will collaborate closely with preconstruction, operations, and business development to produce clear, compelling, and visually polished submissions that reflect the company’s brand and strengths.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead development of proposals, qualifications, and presentation materials
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and content gathering across internal teams
Edit and refine project descriptions, resumes, and narrative content
Maintain proposal templates, brand standards, and messaging consistency
Support interview preparation, slide decks, and visual storytelling
Assist with award submissions, marketing collateral, and CRM updates
Ensure compliance with proposal requirements and industry best practices
What We're Looking For:
3–5+ years of experience in proposals, marketing, or communications within the AEC industry (construction, architecture, engineering, or related fields)
Strong writing, editing, and layout skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Adobe InDesign and MS Office
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
Professional, proactive communicator who enjoys cross-department teamwork
